Hi, I was maried in 2007.. didnt try for a baby till Jan this year. My periods were always irregular, so went to Dr Chitra from Apollo. She told me I was pCOS and has given me tablets and asked me to try naturally for 2 months. Last month I had my periods on 2nd and took fertyl super from 2nd day to 5th day. Till date I have not got my periods. I did a HPT last week but was negative.. I am so confused. All of a sudden today evening I saw spotting and it stopped abruptly.. What does this mean?? I am visiting the doctor again tomo but not sure.. Meerah replied. Hey Sangeetha I' m blessed to have a four yr child n another on the way. I' m glad I didn' t delay in getting pregnant for the first time.....I just didn' t rely only on allopathy, as soon as i came to know abt PCOS I started looking for alternative therapies too. Ayurveda n Accupressure treatments along with Allopathy and lot of faith in God worked for me...my Allopathy doc strictly advised me not to mix allopathy n Ayurveda but I went with my instincts.My ayurveda doc was aware of all the medicines i took beside hers.Though i had liitle bit of complcations in my pregnancies, things r just working fine.Don' t worry u too will c a ray of hope soon. Did u visit doctor again? PCOS is a common problem among women now-a-days...but yes, its does makes conceiving difficult. I too had PCOS but was strictly advised by my gynaec to conceive as soon as possible...she said the more I delay more difficult it' ll be to conceive.If u haven' t visited doctor yet and if it' s almost 2 months (LMP) then pls do HPT again.Women with PCOS has chances of miscarraige too so even after getting pregnant be constantly intouch with ur doc.
