My daughter is 15 months old. She is able to convey what she needs very clearly with few words at times as sentence. She is able to repeat any word immdiately and also able to remember that whenever she sees that object. She is able to say from A to D and from Apple to Dog, 9,10,11 and the names of household items like bottle, chair, car, etc., As a matter fo fact she uttered her first world while she was 11 months. I would like to divert her potential in a fruitful way. Could any one of you suggest some training faculties who could offer special coaching for her here at Chennai preferably in around Kodambakkam?

Sounding similar to my son. he is now 22 months, sings( hit hindi songs, patriotic songs) recites ( successive 12/16 lines hindi and bengali poems not ryhms).
He started talking single word at the age of 9/10 months. At this age he knew all his body parts with name. He used to use same word to describe many things example danda in hindi means stick , he used it for cricket bat , lamp post etc etc.
At the age of 12mths/14mths he used to answer like whats your name , surname daddys name . daddys profession , what car you have ,where do you stay etc.
At the age 14/16 mths he used to say ads like coca cola , pepsi , woh sunil babu etc. At this age he knew the difference between comp and TV . Now he talks like a full man and understands everything. He speaks and answers over phone while I am at office.
But that time I thought most of the babies of this age do this. But after reading your mail I am feeling I should also be concerned and should take proper care .
Thanks dear , if you get any suggetion please share that.

Sounds like you have an exceptional child on your hands. Was she actually talking before she was walking? I have a cousin that was like that, and by the time she was 3, she was reading.
I live in the U.S. and I may not be of much help since I don't know the area of Kodambakkam, however, here is are a couple of suggestions, maybe one will work for you.
1-hire a teacher specialized in Early Childhood development someone preferably with at least a Masters degree to come to your house a couple of times a week to work with your child.
2-continue working with your child at home like you are and don't worry about looking into a program since she is so young still.
3-Look into a Preschool with small classes that has a special program for babies your child's age and a low teacher/child ratio.
These are only a few options. One thing to keep in mind is, you don't want to start your child in a preschool too early, but, you do want to stimulate her mind and give her challenges so she will not grow bored with the routine.
All children develop at different rates, just enjoy her and know you are being her first very first teacher and you can offer her more at this age than anyone else.
Take care,
Hanna

Our 28 months old boy is not speaking simple 2 or 3 word sentences yet. He speaks a few words such as mama, papa, aunty etc but definitely not more than 10. Also, he doesn't understand slightly longer sentences, even when we speak slowly and enact it such as "we'll go out after we eat". Otherwise, he appears perfectly normal. Hints for Nursing
Babies eat and eat and eat. Although nature has done a pretty good job of providing you and your baby with the right equipment, in the beginning it's almost guaranteed to be harder than you expected. From sore nipples to tough latch-ons, nursing can seem overwhelming.
My daughter is 2 year 5 month old. She has not started yet. she is babbling a lot. She is the first kid for me . I am working mother. She understand few things we say and but not all.She is very active and since from last one month , she is going to playschool and behaviour wise i see lots of improvement but could not see much improvement in her speech.
