Hi everyone,
My son is 11 months old. i sometimes give him milkshake. can i give him strawberry milkshake? Because strawberries are sometime little sour in taste. and, it is said that u should not mix sour fruits and milk. but generally we find strawberry-milkshakes everywhere. so, i am confused. same thing for apple-milkshake too. please give your suggestion on it.

Hi Hemali, i am new tho this site.. just registred.. ijust came across us message.. Listen .. i had read some where that according to Ayurveda.. one should not mix up any fruit with milk (esp. any citric fruit). It should be either milk only or a fruit only. Since such mix up later in the long run can give problem to the person consuming it.
