My son has just recovered this is what is did

your child will have lactose intolerance so dont give any baby milk or cows milk, you get special diahreah milk powder for babies, buy that and give that milk you can check at your local chemist

he will defintely have stomach cramps you can give him carminex - a herbal medicine recommended by doc for babies, its got fennel oil, cumin oil it soothes the stomach and is ggod for babies and taste well so babies can take it and more over being herbal no side effects.

wash some rice and roast it well than when the rice gets puffed make knaji of it with little sugar and salt

give him your milk as much as possible

give him toast in diahrea milk you can heat the milk - to make milk mix in water and heat it

electrol is best for dehydration

sips of plain water

also try this my ped recommended and best for babies

scrap an apple cut in small peices, and boil in little water with little sugar and cinnamon powder ( avery small pinch) once its boiled well mash and give to your baby

my son is also 11 months old so i did this in order he doesnt get dehydrated

yes morning when he wakes up you can give him porriage but ensure all this you make in lactose free milk

dont worry if you give him porrige, apple, kanji, and electrol your son will be soon well and you can give him carminex for stomach cramps

hey aradhana,
soak little bit of jeera in milk, yeah u can soak it in nan2 also but keep it aside for 10min...filter the seeds add some milk as it will be sour taste....feed her careful as babies wont like the taste and split it...try give her this mix every 2-3 hrs ...try give her electrol water....my baby is also developing diarhea when i feed her ragi....give her rice cereal...it is good during diarrhea...dont worry, consult ur ped if posible....put her only on formula for the whole day if posible....dont give any solids....this may help....as my baby got infected...doc sugested not to give solids for the whole day....
