We are ttc for the last 2.5 yrs. As scheduled for my 3rd IUI in January. Gyn says my endometrial lining is very thin (about 1.5mm on Day 10). Has put me on Progynova and HMG 150 IU. Can anyone tell me if Progynova can help reach 8-9 mm by dat 14?? I am very nervous and upset.

You need to undergo certain tests to rule out the causes of a thin endometrium first, such a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy to rule out tuberculosis

hi Tulips,
i underwent an IUI and the lining was around 8-10mm. 1.5 mm sounds very thin! even when i got scan done on day 2 of periods, the lining was 5-6 mm. i think you must take another opinion if this IUI does not work. Try checking with Dr. Richa at Juhu. All the best!
