hi its pakiza i have tried this before and it really works i lost 3 kg in three days if some one is going to start this plzz let mee know so we can do it together and see the results as competitors cuz i have to loose another 20 kilos
but need a friend to do this woth mee girls only
Loose 10 pounds in three days
Day one
Breakfast
Black tea or coffee, ½ grapefruit, one slice of toast with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Lunch
½ cup of tuna in brine, one slice of toast tea or coffee’
Dinner
2 slices of any type of cold meat, one cup of beans, one cup of beetroot without vinegar, one small apple,1/2 cup of vanilla ice-cream
Day two
Breakfast
One boiled egg, 1/2 banana, one slice of toast, tea or coffee.
Lunch
One cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers
Dinner
2 hotdogs, one cup of broccoli,1/2 cup of carrots,1/2 banana,1/2 cup of ice cream
Day three
Breakfast
5 saltina crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese, one small apple, tea or coffee.
Lunch
One hard boiled egg, one slice of toast.
Dinner
I cup of tuna , one cup of beetroot, one cup of cauliflower, ½ small honey dew melon,1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
Diet works on chemical break down and is proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used. no other seasoning.
Where there is no quantity is given there are no restrictions. This diet to be use three days at a time toast to be dry you will loose 10 pound in three days and in one month 40 pound (three days of four weeks(10 *4= 40)
