hi friends,
my name is natasha.i live with my my husband at london.my concern is i wanna get pregnant in 3 months.my husband has gone out for a project.i culdnt go with him because i 'm working in london.he will be back after 3 months.my motherinlaw is asking me to give good newz from long time.we are going in december to india.my husband is coming back from US in july last week.as i wanna get pragnent before our india trip i hv only 3 months to try 4 baby..i'm bit cocerned abt my irregular periods.can u tell me something to get pregnant soon.we will use ovulation calendr as well.my another concern is i dnt get excited very easily from last few months(i remain very dry,takes long time to get wet).what can i do to get myself prepare for proper sex,so that chances of preg will be more.thanks.

dont think that getting pregnant is easy as 123.dont get pregnant bcoz its a must after marriage.think about bringing this baby bcoz u want it not becoz others want it. Archie replied. Dear Natasha,
There is sufficient time and you can do a lot.

1. July is sufficiently spaced from now. You can start taking your BBT so this will allow you to know your ovulation status in two cycles before your husband is with you.
2. Cervical Mucus: This is an indicator to predict ovulation. Keep watch on when it happens (at which day of cycle you get mucus looking like clear egg white -wipe with unscented tissue after urination).
3. No, it's not a concern if you don't get orgasm. Given your husband is sufficiently fertile: means good sperm count and motility you can easily get pregnant.
4. You can eat some Folic Acid and Iron tablets (request your care giver to prescribe them).
5. I would recommend Ovulation Prediction Kits better than Ovulation calender. Ovulation calender works on the dates you provide and physical stress and emotional stress contribute a lot on ovulation process. While OPK works on the basis of Luteinizing Hormone secreted prior ot ovulation and most precise than any calender methods. As the ovualtion is primarily important factor while ttc, I would recommend OPK strongly over Ovulation Calender. It sounds expensive deal but not that when you know what outcome you are looking for.

6. Eating healthy and staying calm will help you get pregnant. This is something you will have to control, no medicines will work better than this. If you or your spouse is stressed chances of conception goes down. Never forget this is lot more of hormonal process those are controlled by pituitary glad (under control of your brain). More you stress the wrong impulses are likely.

Disregard any pressure exerted by seniors in any part of your family, this will work against the desired result.
