Depending on ur experiences plz help me in deciding the right age for ear piercing to my daughter. She is 7 months old.

Yes, I agree with Gauri, I pierced my daughters ears when she was 28 days old...

My Ped said the sooner the better as their nervous system is not yet fully developed and hence the pain felt is less.. also they are less figety at that time...

So my advice wuld be the sooner the better.

Hi
I too pierced by baby gals ear at 6 months...and she ws fine...My doc advised my to give her medicine for fever for two days....even i ws worried when i shud pierce her ears...as everybody adviced me to do it before she is yr old..i went ahead and pierced her ears..so dont worry n go ahead...do consult ur doc too...i opted for the gunshot method for my daughter...

the best is b4 40 days..coz this is a time whn they dont realise pain more...n it heals faster coz skin is very delicate...
n they dont harass u much by puling ear..how much u will keep eye on her?
