hi - hw can I give soyabeans to my 13mnth old? Also I want to start eggs bt dont want to give boiled eggs as hes prone to contipation..in which other form can i give? pls suggest. thanks n a merry christmas to all.

scrambled eggs is good option but i think do not start soyabean at this stage. wait till he is 17-18 mnonths old. soyabean is good for health but to an extent. too much of soyabean is not recommended for eating.

how about scramble egg but add about 10 -15 ml of milk before wisking in one egg and that will keep egg soft or bombay toast . try boiled egg with baked beans that won' t give your baby constipation but will help as BB is full of fibers. I have no idea about soyabeans. hope this helps
