boiled mashed potatoes mix with some grated cheese, mashed potatoes in natural curd, inside soft bit of peas, all fruit as far as they r mashed or pureed, if u r non veg. then mix yellow part of egg in baked beans sauce, tiny bread first to start make sure its properly mashed with your hand with butter or margrine or cheese spread on it.
if your baby is ready to eat mashed stuff then boil what ever vegetable u think like carrots, peas, onions, pinch of garlic powder, potatoes, cauliflower, beans, couple of leafs of palak and mashed them with some grated cheese to give some different taste. with all these vege. u can add chicken if u want at the time of boiling vegetables. hope this is any help.
