little amount of honey u are already using in ragi recipes etc. so it is ok. but instead of sugar u can add jaggery to her recipes. jaggery is definitely good for health than sugar. moreover sugar in milk also will cause tooth decay. but for kids i think u should not think much about the fat intake etc. because once they start walking and running around they definitely tend to lose weight and become fussy eaters. so give ur baby whatever is good and healthy and dont think much about fat intake. it should only be thought by people whose kids are already on the obese side due to junk eating and not for small babies. once they grow up and understand things they tend to eat less and have their own likings for food. so give them whatever u feel is good.

I read on this board that fat intake should be reduced after 2 years

Regarding honey, even I had started replacing sugar with honey after one year believing it to be healthier.. but just yestday my ped told me to cut down on my daughters honey intake.. it is her opinion that a little honey can be given occasionally but not a lot of it..it causes some problems in children over one year too
She told me to add date syrup to her milk and sugar to ragi etc.. she is ok with me giving a little honey now & then but not everyday..
