Hi friends...

Im Niranjana and is very new to this forum....Found this forum very good for getting good advices and opinions....


My problem is i have got PCOD and is under treatment for the past 1 and half years...

Recently ive started doing yoga...I have a doubt that is it safe to do yoga during and after the days of ovulation?? Becos i used to do a lot of forward and backward bends along with twising and all sorts of body movements...i am confused like whether it will cause any problem while trying for a baby...(during and after the days of ovulation until pregnency is confirmed..)..

I really need a reply from all of you as soon as possible....

Hi friends....

Do anyone know the reason for bleeding(just like normal period)on the 12th day after the normal period....
Doctor said that there could be slight spotting due to ovulaton...But im my case on the 12 th day slight spotting began and the next day it is continuing like norml period...Im on medication for pcod...also i had the ovulation induction tablet starting from the first day of my period for 10 days(Letroz)...Also i ve been doing yoga...

Hi Niranjana
Yoga wont affect your chances of conceiving even if you practise it during the ovulation or afterwards
However, after the ovulation, you can stop the heavy back twisting yoga postures till the next period or otherwsie.So,you can do yoga from the 1st day of period to mid cycle and then waiit for miracle to happen.
In my case, i used to stop doing even breathing exercises after ovulation and luckily got conceived.
