Hi all,
I have a 5 month old baby girl. I am confused now to start her food. she is only on my feed and i have a sufficient milk prod. her weight is proper. Can any one give me a suggesions about food chart for her?. is my milk is sufficient for her?. Pl Reply soon....

Hi miloni,
Since your saying your milk is sufficient then y to worry....her weight is proper so no bother...my doc sugested to give cerelac in the 51/2 th month for my baby....start with rice cerelac as it is easy to digest...dont stop BF until your baby is 1 year....take doc sugestion before you start...
