Trying since long:Household chores - first trimester

Hi

I have been having only miscarriages all my married life for the past six years. Each time the hpt shows positive, I am advised to take rest. So the problem is I land up doing no work at all and just relaxing. Anyway after four weeks, I have a miscarriage. The end result I have put on excessive weight. The last two months I missed periods and did a hpt and got a positive result. I cleaned our bathroom, since I found it very dirty and next few hours I had severe bleeding. Now I am so scared of doing any household chores, lest I have periods. If I dont do any chores, I land up being obese. Somebody please advise. Also is it ok to eat jaggery (gur) during your pregnancy
