let me know the following:
1. milk ? which one ? formula/cows milk ?
2. ne history of bowel irritation/ulcers/ibs/or ne bowel,intestinal disorders in the family ? or ne other running in family history ? will help.
3. child was breastfeed or bottle with bm or formula feed ?
neother thing u want to share about your eating habits, lifestyle or ne problems with constipatns,diabetes n such related to family..will like to hear.

i would like to put him on a scheduled diet n watch him how he reacts to it on timely basis..ip m not regular or i hardly visit.....

Thanks for your wishes & opinion. Last 3to 4 days he started a little change in his sleep schedule,now again back to the way he was...Am tryin to change again and see,i don' t know wat went wrong.when you get time plz ans.

1.If sweet potato & dals are given will it give restless sleep.

2.Abt Dates is this ok to give.

3.Is there any receipe to make him like idli & roti .

4.Last few days he is getting irregular bowel movements and hard stools,his diet is same .Can you tell me any fruits / veggies will give regular bowels.

5.To change 14 month old frm bottle to straw cup can you give any flavoured milk like rosemilk ,milkshakes(shud milk be boiled /cold milk be used).Like to get some tips that will work.

1 and 3. My son was on formula milk n breastfeeds right from his birth. He had constpation n then eenma when he was 1 mnth old...after tht the doc put him on diluted formula milk n then latrer on soya milk formula - nusobee. in bewteen he had some stomach infection n green stools so we gave him oflomac n cefolac. he was on soya milk till he was 3 mnths then i gradually introduced normal formula milk n had to stop breastfeeds when he was 4 mnths. Now he is on toned cows milk...shd i move him to whole milk...will he b able to digest it?

2. I was a boderline case of gestational diabetes during my preg plus I have thyroid...but my son' s TSH was normal. I faced a lot of constipation prob rite after my delivery for a mnth. other than that there is no other prob that u have mentioned...yes my son' s grandparents have diabetes.
also I am going to visit a homeopath doc sometime soon. we have been to a ped surgeon also he sd no surgical problem.
Pls let me know wht diet u suggest for him..i am eager to do anything to solve his problem. thanks again.
