Hi,
My daughter is 9months old, i give her formula during night she drinks 210-240ml . Morning once or twice BM .Is it good?. Plz help .

is tht all the milk that she takes? how is her solid food intake? for a 1yr baby they say 16-24 ounce of milk.i will let u know the mssg id for 9mnth old diet...will need to look for it.

Hi aks,
ya its her milk intake .She will have ragi kanji, idly, fruits, then afternoon rice with dhal and veggie, curd with fruits , roti in night .its her day diet . 2fruits and 2 veggie a day. plz give suggestion on it.
