Hi Dear,

I dont want to disappoint you but its fact that my ICSI has been failed, We found Lack of clarity from Dr end. Before IVF they have diagonsed diffrent issue. but when ICSI failed she was not able to tell us anything, they were giving all diffrent excuses, Wch they could have told us before our session. I dont recommend Dr Bina Vasan. IVF is Costly but more then Cost it has sentimental value, and if IVF failed, then its very difficult to come out from Emotional Trauma. So please be very carefull choosing the right Centre, I have heared about Hinduja Hospital Mumbai and Dr. Malpani is good, they have good result. but i dont have any personal experience with them, As i am also searching for good centre.

Dont ever go to Dr.Bina Vasan. Both she and her husband Dr.SS.Vasan are frauds.They just drag over a period of 1 to 2 years and then extract money slowly and then dump you without any explanation

Hi Monica/Sreeni,

Dr. Padmanabha Rao at Amruth Ayervedic Centre, Vanivilas Road, Basvungudi. I am sure you will be able to concetive naturally with his treatment, if there are no other complicatons from your side like PCOD, tubal probleme, etc. Please give him 6 months time and then ask your husband to do test again and see the difference.

Hi Monica,

I know an Ayrvedic Phyisician in Bangalore who can increase your husband' s sperm motility substantially within 6 months to 1 year timeframe. Alopothy only have homone (artificial and temporary) treatment whereas Ayervedic uses natural ingediants.

I suggest atleast you go and meet him before deciding on IVF. I am telling you becuase IVF chances are only 30% and expensive and also b' coz Ayurvedic is the right choice for motility problem. We already have undergone treatment from him and results were awesome.

Ensure you meet a genuine Ayurvedic phsysician.

All the best for ur ICSi .if both of u are open to donor sperm then u can try that also .Since i am not from Bng i cannot say which Dr. is good or bad the only thing i can say is all the best to both of you .All my wishes are with you .Just be relaxed composed and stressfree throughout the process .After ET for 2-3 days try taking rest .

What all precuations needs to be taken before and after IVF-ICSI Cycle, Since we both r staying alone in bangalore, I am little worrried as i have no one who can be with me at this time. Hi Monica ,
Just came across ur mail .For ur problem u should not try IUI .If any Dr. is doing that she is wasting ur precious time & making her money .In ur case the best option is IVF -ICSi .In which a single sperm is taken and injected in the egg.The cost of ICSi is a bit higher but ur chances are good in that process bcoz of less motile sperms good embryo can be formed with ICSI methold .In fact ICSI is the best solution for male infertility factor .
Actually we also faced the same problem that is why i am guiding you .

HI Afriend,

Thanks for your message. IUI was advised by Dr. Puneetha Rangarajan of Cambridge Hospital, Who claims to be First Doc who started IVF in Bangalore.Our Experience was horrible there. for one IUI we had spent around 30K, includes of medicines, there you dont find anyone who can give proper Attention to your case. In my case after IUI Session i had bleeding in next 4 days, been there in Hospital, noone was there to attend me till later afternoon. So i dnt recommend anyone Cambridge Hospital, Later we met Dr, Bina Vasan, Who suggested us for IVF, Since we both r open for donor sperms also, We will be gng through IVF session, with my husband sperms as well as donor, Few eggs will be injected with my husband sperms and few with donors.

3 years is a too short time to decide about IVF. IVF should be used only as a last resort only if all other methods are exhausted. Find out the reasons why you are not conceving before deciding upon IVF.

We have Undergone several tests, Test results indicates that my husband Sperm count is v good, but 99% sperms are Immotile. Motility is big factor in our case. i am 33 yrs old and my husband is 37, As per doc´ s , because of motility problem i cannot conceive Naturally. Thats why we r gng for IVF.
