My LMP on oct 28th. i didn' t get my periods till now. so i had consult doctor & done urine&blood test?
Both Urine and blood HCG test shows negative. (Beta HCG value is 0.500.)Doctors recommends me for D&C. What is D&C. I heard that D&C is only for abortion or miscarriage. Is this is correct for me or i have to wait for some more days... I had tried for conceiving above 4 years. Please help i dont know what to do..... Dr.Sharma replied. Hello,
As your HCG Value is very less so doctor can go for D&C .
As per your situation and trying for conceive next time you could take the advantage of ovulation Kit .
This LH ovulation kit will predict if you are ovulating .
to get know about ovulation is very helpful for concieve .
If your cycle length is 28 days then your body will discharge LH hormon from day 12 to 16 (Depends)
During this ovulation period you can make the intercourse then the chances will be increase for pregnency.

And you can take following instructions :

1- Use Pillow under hips during sax .With this method lot of sperm will stay in vagina .

2- Use Folic Acid and multi vitamin Tablets regularly .

3- Do not use any Lubricant / Gel / Oil/ Cream during sex .As it all damage
sperms .

4- Take daily 30 Minutes of walk .

5- Check your thyroid , if it is not normal , consult with doctor.

6- Do not take bath in Hot water . Try to take in Low hot water.( You and your partner)

7- Use ovulation Kit for checking that when you are ovulating . Make the sax
every alternet day during ovulation .

8- Do not take any stress and enjoy sax .

9- Try to make your vagina sperm friendly .Do not go immidiate for toilet after sax.

10-If you have little bit over weight then try to reduce that also with exercise or yoga .


To get a baby is no more difficuly now a days

Dr.Sharma kavya replied. Do not be in a hurry. My LMP was 24th sept and i did not get my periods for the more than 2 months . Started in first wk of december, in the mean time i had done more than a dozen HPT all -ve of course . so do not hurry for the D&C wait for a couple of wks.

Just came across ur mail .Which Dr. r u going in Cbe.? I also live here & am going for my IVF treatment at Ishwarya fertility centre at Awarampalayam .
U can try this centre .
There are other also one is Dr. Rao at RS puram .
If u give me some more deails I can guide u since i am also a local + taking similar treatment for infertility .
