Before going to IUI you should check what is problem .in one time you can not get success for IUI .
As per your situation and trying for concieve , you could take the advantage of ovulation Kit .
This LH ovulation kit will predict if you are ovulating .

If your cycle length is 28 days then your body will discharge LH hormon from day 12 to 16 (Depends)

And you can take following instructions :

4- Take daily 30 Minutes of walk .
