hi tanya
The safest milk on travel is one he is taking at present, may be you could either carry some extras packs with you.
When i had travelled to India my doctor told me that whole milk preferably cow milk that is boiled well is safe togive, nevertheless, do consult your doctor before you decide on anything.
1. You also need to make sure the water you are giving the baby is boiled very well.
2.Sterilise his bottles well before you give them.
3. Make sure hands are clean at all times while handling the baby.
4. Avoid going to very crowded places too often as children feel claustorphobic in packed places.
5. Visit open well ventilated areas.
6. Avoid feeding the baby outside food,
but steamed idlis and dosas from a restaurant, should still be safer.
7.Carry his basic medicines, Adol or Calpol or whatever you use.
8. You pretty much get every thing in Bangalore, though do meet your doctor before you decide on any of this, as these are just suggestions and guide lines that you could borrow from.

Wishing you a Happy Diwali and enjoy your holiday.

Warm Regards
Smita
