hi all - i have got gerber prunes with apple for my 11 mnth old who is prone to constipation. Is this the same as prune juice? will this be effective n help him? this is the first time i using this pdct so want be sure. thanks in advance.

Gerbers prunes and apples juice does help in constipation,beside that give him water too.you can also buy prune puree from gerber 2nd food,mix water to it and give him like juice,this also helps.apart from this you can give him oranges,grapes,raisins,yougurt etc.
