Hey gals just was eager to know if you all have started any special exercises. I mean i do walk for atleast half an hour everyday but I am not that regular abt doing any kegel,breathing or any other exercises.
Thought abt mailing you all so that ur responses would encourage me to do them regularly.
Anyone knows of any other exercises that help in labour besides kegel??

Hi Meghana,

The doc has forbidden me from walking or doing any kind of exercise, so can't help you much with this. Though everyone tells me walking is the best exercise and so do it regularly.

Ammy, i can't believe you are doing so much of household chores even at this stage of the pregnancy. Try not to overdo it (like maybe you can sweep once a day). Chill out.

Hey Mihika and Greeshma,
Chill guys.. I sweep house only once... but yes cooking is both the time. I hardly get time in morning to do other work than cooking... But you know even it is very tiersome... I have to pack my tiffin and my hubby's and then Buttermilk and some snack to have in between meal thats for me. So all these take lot of time...

Hi Meghana,
I am not particularly doing any excercise. But I do walk for 30 to 45 mins and also lots of bending, stretcing also walking during cooking, cleening, sweeping the house in morning aswell as in the evening. So I cannot right now think of or in position to do any other excercise.

Hi friends,
Whenever I remember to do kegel exercises I do it, not regularly..Plus I am going for swimming 3 to 4 times a week, and walking on weekends with hubby :) Swimming and walking are the best exercises you can do. Just remember not to overdo it. Stop before overheating your body..

Hi Ammy,

I was really very happy after reading your mail that u do a lot of household work also even though u r working.Like sweeping the house in the morning as well as evening. That's great keep it up..

And one more thing i totally agree with what u said. Like if we want to get in touch we can give our email ids. I think so this should be fine instead of giving phone nos. as this site is accessible to everyone.
