Hi,
My baby is about 14 months. I am really worried abt the eating patterns, i try to make rice,moong dal khichdi for her but she just doesn' t seem to eat it. She only drinks milk, she loves banana' s, biscuits, chips , roti..i want her to eat healthy. what should i do or what eating pattern should i follow, i try to maintain the 2-3 hours gap b4 giving her anything and she still takes my feed at times in the afternoon and in the night. I give her junior horlicks on the advise of the doc.

You can try to vary the texture and taste of the food that you offer.
From the looks of it your baby wants to try different foods and is not wanting to have the same food.
Try to offer just rice and moon dal nicely cooked without making a khichdi out of it. She may like it.
You can make moong dal soup and try to offer it to her. You can offer her veggies nicely boiled and see if he likes it.
Like you can boil fresh peas (good protein, iron and fiber content) , green beans, carrots (cut into small cubes)
You can try alternate food that she likes with good nutrition.
