Iam am a silent reader of this forum,today felt like posting my queries to get best answers form all experienced people here in this board.

I dont ovulate naturally therefore my doctor put me on Letroz form day to 2 for 5 days and then on Duphoston from 16th day for 10days .Between Iam also taking Metformin and folic acid daily.Just wanted to know that
1)should I got to doctor inbetween 13th to 15th day to check my follicle size and get harmone injection??
2) Can i just assume that i have ovulated and have intercourse on these days.
3) Is this harmone mandatory during this time.
Iam asking these question becouse my doctor is on long vacation and at this stage I cannot change my doctor,otherwise i will have to be treated form beginning.
Kindly advise

i might be replying very late. but i came to this forum very recently and seeing your message only now :)
i wanted to know about Letroz. Did it work well in your case? I read many negative articles about it (one in ' The Hindu' ). some doctor in AIIMS had mentioned that its bad... but my doc gave this and said its not a problem at all. i got scared and stopped seeing her. wanted to know if it worked well in your case.

fancy and costly tests

hi,
i am ttc since a year in surat and just changed my doctor last month, who has been doing some fancy tests, i am a doc myself but havent heard of some of the tests,is there some one on the board from delhi who has undergone test named MTPAMP for endometrial tuberculosis...how effective is it?
please let me know.

hi i have taken letroz for continous 3 months. its a nice tab ...no side effects....n i had correct ovulution also with d tab. i think u shld go 4 it.

SP,

I would suggest you to visit a radiologist who can tell if your follicles are healthy enough to mature on the right time and release eggs. Yes, Follicle Stimulating Harmones(FSH) initiates follicular growth and hence play a great part in the development of a follicle.

Pls do not assume that you are ovulating. I would suggest you to see another doctor immediatly as there is no point sticking to a known doctor for long. I did this mistake and have learnt a lesson. Just go and see some fertility specialist. Where do you live?

Thanks happy Mom for ur suggestion,anyways this month i didnt visit any doctor to check my follicle growth.If I dont get any positive result this month then nxt month will consult another doctor.BTW i live in Gulf.
