Hello,
Can anyone suggest recipes with Vegetables?
I want to make the foods similar gerber 3rd foods at home for my 14 month baby.Please give ideas.Thankyou so much.

Hi Jyotika,

It' s quite simple actually.. You could try spinach..
I did this for my baby. I boiled a few spinach leave thoroughly and ground it with banana (for sweetness) and mixed it with rice cereal and fed it to her. She loved it.
Also you can boil toori or lauki with a bit of moong daal for her.
Else you can try carrot & tomato with spinach.
Since your baby is 14 months, you try can give him/her regular food. Don' t have to puree it. Maybe a bit of spinach & tomate with mashed potatoes very little chilli & dash of salt
Be inventive!
