for firming up breasts, push ups!! simple plain push ups!! it works out ur pecs ( muscles under the breast tissue), works out ur flabby arms and tones the shoulders.All in one. excellent.major results in 2weeks.if done consistently. now butt lifts r a different story all together.. the easiest is the walk up the flight of stairs while holding ur butt muscles in and tight.. n u really need to climb stairs not once or twice bit at least 5x or more to feel and see the difference in 2-3weeks..
these r the easiest ones i know. Good luck and let me know if these worked. they worked big time for me..
