Hi,
my son is 4 months old and i have to working again till now he totally on breastfeed. Should I start him on formula milk or start giving him solids when I am not at home. Pls advice. Im quite confused about it.

only bm n formula milk till he completes 6 months after 6 months u can start with solids

U can give him one solid feed if u want.. but apart from that it should be expressed BM or formula. At this stage milk should be the main component in his diet
