how r u all doin?

was a little bsy. for the past couple of days.and i thnk ill be a little bsy in the comin time too.but ill keep postin n readin messages.

u guys give me suggestions

...for wot r u all using or plannin to use for itchiness n stretch marks.i know we cant completely get away with stretch marks after delivery but any remedy u gals know that will ease off some trouble.pz mail me the brand names i u can.

....secondly is there any remedy if there is swellin n pain.wot i mean is apart frm restin n keepin legs elevated while sittin , can we use any medications or hot/cold pads anythng to reduce it.

...wot r u doin for breathlessness???

...anybody havin nosebleeds?if yes how do u control it?

I have been using Mothercare's Stretch Marks Cream right from my second month. Till last month i didnt have a single mark so iw as very happy. One mornign i got up and saw a few marks around my navel. This was in my 5th month. And now they have increased further inspite of using the cream. They look so ugly. I never scratch or feel itchy still i got these red marks.

I read in som books that you really cnat do much about these marks. Is that true? :-(

Besides i dont have any problem of itchiness, nosebleeds or swelling.

Are you going through all these problems and pains??? I felt I am the only one with more problem.. !!!GOD help US We need your support!!!!! My most irritating problem is pain in my shoulder joint due to which my whole right arm is in pain, also my back.

Q1)itchiness n stretch marks???
A1)Sorry Dee I am not of much help here. Currently I not feeling any itchiness and also I am not able to see any marks(no mark above belly botton and not able to see below my belly button). May be will check with my mom after delivery.
Q2)swellin n pain????
A2)Even I have the swelling in my feet but they don't pain. Yes I do get these cramps and pain in ankle while sleeping, once I am up and walking they are gone. For swelling as Archie or Gync says we have to reduce the salt intake. Even my MIL said the same thing.
Q3)breathlessness???
A3)Yes now a days I am facing this problem but only in the evening. Heartbeat is fast.. I just sit and relax for sometime. Other than this nothing much.

Q4)nosebleeds?

I am not sure but had read in nov board that applying almond oil for stretch marks is the best. I have not yet started using it but might started within a few days. And also you should not stratch if ur feeling itchy as it aggravates. I really do not know about swelling and nosebleeds. Even i do have breathlessness sometimes when i climb the stairs or working continously. Like meghana said u shd breaks in between. Even i do the same when i feel short of breath.

I recently started using palmers cocoa butter formula for stretch marks & itchiness.
I dunno abt swelliness but I do have some leg cramps sometimes nowdays in the mornings just before gettin out of bed.
Breathlessness dunno.... I too feel it especially if i climb stairs or do some activity. Only thing i do is try taking breaks /resting :-)
Abt nosebleeds I have dry nose all day& sometimes even nosebleeds.
Hey btw I even feel blocked ears fraquently nowdays. ANyone else feeling the same??

I'm having leg cramps after discussing found out it might be due to calcium deficiency but I'm kind of confused because I'm drinking milk twice and taking calcium supplement twice . After 2weeks I have an appt with my gyn she might give some more suggestions.
