Weight Loss:Lose pregnancy weight

My baby is 12 weeks old and still I look like I am pregnant.I havn' t lost the baby weight yet. My tummy is looking like a pregnant belly. When will I get my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to lose weight quickly. when should I start? What is the easiest way to lose pregnancy weight?

Yes, Saumya is right. Since your tummy looks like a pregnant woman even after 12 weeks, you can try using tummy belts or corset for some time. Once your doctor will check you up and permit you, you can start with light exercises. Yoga is the most helpful way.

For healthy weight loss post pregnancy you need to have patience. The main reason is you cannot start dieting right now. For long term success you need to feel good and healthy. This will take some time and you should not try to get your pre-pregnancy figure fast. So, be realistic in your goals.
