Exercise is surely a great way to lose weight. However, if you learn to take of other important factors, you can effectively lose weight even without doing any regular exercise. Given below are certain simple tips that will help you to lose shed the extra kilos without sweating it out on your heels:


Say 'No' to White Carbohydrates

The common components in this category are white bread, cereals, rice, pasta, potato and every form of fried food that has a white bread covering. If you resist your temptation from succumbing to the tasty white evil, you can be sure that you are not adding up the extra calories.


Have Few Meals and Have the Same Meal Repeatedly

If you check into the regimen of the successful dieters, you will note that they do not change their meal components frequently. You are free to mix and match, but it is important that you construct each of your meals having at least one from the three groups mentioned below. 


Proteins:

  • Egg whites, you can add one whole egg just for the flavor
  • Chicken breast or the thigh portion
  • Organic beef obtained from only grass-fed cattle
  • Pork 


Legumes:

  • Black beans

  • Lentils


Vegetables:

  • Asparagus
  • Mixed variety of green and other leafy vegetables
  • Peas

The above food items are all considered safe when you are aiming to lose weight. You can have them as much as you like, but remember to keep the meal simple. You can construct three-four meals out of them and keep on repeating them. Since you are working your calories out, it is important that you go on a slow carb diet.

However, this does not imply a ‘low-carb’ diet. This is where you need expert advice. Other wise you end up providing your body with less calories required for the running of the system, you feel tired and worn out and feel like quitting your diet regimen. Do Not Drink Calories

Take a Day Off
