hi.i have been interested in gemstones for the last 11 years and have collected a number of beautiful high quality gems. i can tell you from personal experience, they defineteley work! however, it is of extreme importance that you must consult a proper person who knows this field, and get the relevent gem(s) prescribed for yourself. a proper person will tell you which gems to wear and on which fingers. only wear these particular gems. also note that gems should be 100% natural, of good quality and flawless. low quality and flawed gems have very bad effects. also wearing the wrong gem can be very detrimental. extra care should be taken when using sapphire(neelam). if not suitable, it will ruin it's wearer. as far as it's effects are concerned, i think the biggest proof is amitabh bachan. he always wears one, you can see it in his movies on his ring finger, left hand. look what it did for him! i hope this helps a lot of people and clarifies a lot of things.
