 hi, my son is having enlarged adenoids .he is 3.5yrs now.. ias per the Drs advice i am using the nasal spray for a mont now.. but he is frequently getting cold... the snoaring stopped now.he is not having his food becaus eof this.. could anybody sugesst any remedy for this??

 my son had this problem. we first started with a nasal spray that helped the problem. it only occured in the winter when the heaters made the house dry. so now, i turn down the heat at night. it used to be 19 but now i leave it at 17 degrees and stopped the nasal spray. he snores only sometimes now. just make sure to add a blanket or duvet!
