hi. my son had wheezing problem when he was 4 - 5 months old. later we were told he may have asthama, as symptom are showing. every other week, he gets attack or breathing problem, wheezing, coughing, vomitting etc. he is on nibulizer from 8th months onwards and we, in no condition, can stop nibuliser which we give him daily twice when he is ok, and when he is not well, he takes nibuliser for 6 times a day. taking all preventions, food allergy, dust etc. but still no use. today he is 2 years old, and i just hope that later in teenage his body and immune system may become stronger and he is able to handle himself in such attacks. do suggest me if any home remedy can be done for prevention.

to all who have asthma, carry your inhalers with you, accept your condition coz thats the first road to recovery,do some light exercise like walking and avoid your triggers such as cold, dust, pollen, animal fur, excessive exercise. also take your medication as prescribed by the doctor.try these tips if possible and avoid stress.

hi, am a respiratory therapist. asthma cannot be cured, but one can controlled it by taking proper treatment and avoiding allrgens which triggers asthma. food allergies are very uncommon. if an asthmatic finds that after consuming some food they get rashes r itching on the skin then that food should be avoided. one has to identify what causes the breathing trouble. inhaled drugs are the best medicine available for asthma. please consult your doctor.
