 this article is such a coincidence because i was treated by my husband yesterday to go to a spa for an aromatherapy massage as it was our anniversary. i had not had a massage in 2 years and for 1.5 hours i felt like a goddess. as the therapist massaged each part of my body i felt all the built up stress coming out. i think i will try to fit in a massage at least every 4-6 months...it truly is worth it!
