 hi that was a nice article. wud like to know are there any genuine work at home options available in bombay from where we women cud make a start and then when we are comfortable juggling office and home work and also have updated ourselves with the latest in the work place we cud start off a full time job.

 its a good article but not practical. specially n cities like mumbai or delhi. for working woman things are very difficult. it is very difficult to get support of husband as he will also have equally high pressured job. in-laws or parents may be staying in different ciies. social networking may not be of any use in these cities where peple don't have time for themselves or there own kid nobody will come forward for your kid more than once. in these places it is so difficult to get relaible maids with whom one can laeve the kids. secondly there are no professionally managed creches in both these metros. if any body has any practical solution please let me know.

 hi, i am researching on how parent support helps kids to excel in academic. hence i come to this forum. your view points are good at a theoritical perspect. i wish you could have added some practical tips with it so that it would reach the community well. in this regard, i have also wrote an e-book on stress management exclusively for the working mothers. this will definietly helopful for the working indian mothers. because i know the difficulties faced by indian mothers. i am from chennai. thanks.
