i just did some web surfing and found out that grade 1 echogenic bowel is not dangerous and is very close to normal.. the article also says that some ultrasound machines are more sensitive and pick up on echogenic bowel when everything might be actually normal.. other than that, i hadnt heard of echogenic bowel..

u r more than welcome.. i know the feeling when the doc kinda scares u with a new discovery in the ultrasound..

i wanted to paste the link where i read the article but indiaparenting doesn´ t allow pasting url in the message box.. so take my word for it.. everything is ok with your baby most likely.. this condition is at times falsely detected because of the sensitive nature of the ultrasound machines.. and if u go to another diagnostic clinic for an ultrasound then it will probably not even discover this condition..

what has your doctor asked you to do next? i´ m sure she wants you to do another scan just to be sure..

Cant thank you enough for taking the time out to surf web on it..I also did the same but could not find much on the topic..however thanks for your positive words..am really scared hence wanted to share ...thanks again and may god bless you and your about to come baby :)
