Hey Spoorthi
There is no special food that you need to have for a healthy baby.Certain things to keep in mind is have a balance diet that includes protein, vitamin, calcium, iron, mineral, carbs, fat etc. Also try to eact 5 to 6 small meals instead of having 3 large meals as this will help in your digestion.Eat lots of fluids to have any complication whatsoever like milk, jiuce, lemon water, plain water (atleast 8-10 glasses),stress more on leafy vegatables, salads, lots of fruits, curd etc.Avoid outside food as much as possible cause you may catch on to some infection that is not good for you or your baby.If you consider all of this and follow it with diligence you will have a healthy baby for sure :).Hope this helps. If you want specific routine you can surf net and download a chart that will give a list of food with each nutrient.Let me know if you need any help no that.Hope you find this useful.BTW which week are you in ?
