‘Love is Blind’ is a love story of a blind girl who loses her true love in her quest of seeing the world through her own eyes.

When we love someone truly, we cannot expect anything from them in return. This story about a blind girl teaches us what true love means. There was a blind girl who used to be always depressed because of disability and cursed everyone for the same. Her only desire was to see the world through her own eyes someday.

Although she was blind and hated everything that happened to her, there was a man who truly loved her irrespective of her disability and bad qualities. He told her that he accepts her as she is and he proposed to her for marriage. He promised her that he will help her and one day she will be able to see this world through her own eyes. But the girl said that she will not marry him until she can see.

The man always supported the girl during her testing times. One day because of the sheer dedication and commitment of the man, the girl could find a donor and she was able to see. The man was really happy and once again he proposed to the girl for marriage. The girl turned down the offer of the man as she discovered that the man was blind. She told him that she does not waste her life by marrying a blind man.

After hearing the harsh word of the girl, tears rolled down the cheeks of the man. He left the place leaving a note for the girl. In that note, it was written: “Please take care of the eyes that were meant for me just to see you, dear”. The girl was shocked to learn that the donor was none other than the man who truly loved her.

Moral: True love is such that one can give-up everything for it.
