First thing a father should do that they should move away from all the electronic gadgets like cell phones, television, and so on. Usually, it is seen that they are so much addicted to these things that at times whenever their children or any other member of the family talks with them they are dug deep into electronic gadgets. So, move away from these gadgets at least for some time when you are spending time especially with your kids.
Gathering at Dinner Time with Everyone
You should always try to at least spend some moments with your teens every day. Dinner time is the best time for this as you can take your dinner and also spend time with your teenage child. Always try hard that you reach home from your workplace at least before dinner time. Whenever you have to make your child understand some issues, try giving them your example what you had done in your

Understanding them does not mean that you are letting yourself down.
