It is not essential at all to wear bra when going out. There are certain accepted norms of the society and we all try to live by them. However, we are not bound by them...so if you are comfortable with your with body and the fact that without the bra, your breasts are much more noticeable and free in movement when you walk, or lie down etc, does not bother you, then by all means, don' t wear it. You will also have to see your social acceptability in this situation. People might not comfortable walking with you, calling you to their place etc, but if all this is ok with you, well, they are your breasts & its your body...treat it the way you want to.
From a health perspective, not wearing a bra is a lot more healthier than wearing it. So, health is on your side too !!!

Secra seema replied. Bra-wearing has been linked to breast cancer in a study done by Sidney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer. They found, for example, that women who wore a bra 24 hours a day had a 113-fold increase in breast cancer incidence compared to women who wore bra less than 12 hours daily! They suggest that bras exert enough pressure to the breast and surrounding areas to inhibit the flow of lymph, which then causes toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out.
Another study found that wearing a bra decreased melatonin production and increased the core body temperature. Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant and hormone that promotes good sleep, fights aging, boosts immune system, and slows the growth of certain types of cancer, including breast cancer.
