Menstruation:no periods, urine test is -ve

Name: anjali amin Hi,
I always had irregular periods of 10 to 12 days and its normal to me. But this time i had it on March 26th,and now crossed one month and 27days. Urine test shows negative. Anybody help me please. I am really worried.
