Womens Issues:confusing problem

Name: sarita verma hi i am sarita 29 years old lady. My husband did work in good MNC..we got marriage in 2005 and now having a baby girl of 2years .. now i want second baby {offcours trying to hv boy} ..but my husband dont like to do intercourse as he have back pain problem due to chair sitting work in office .infact i also dont want to do intercourse and not agree for another baby because we r happy with one baby .. but i want to know that will it creat any problem for my family as well as my daughter in future... According to me one child is ok .but generlly everyone suggest me to hv another child... but ithink, after getting another baby, i will be more fatty and got some body problem which other women have...As my first baby was born with operation.... so plss suggest me should i go for another child or stick on one....i will go according to u...
