First of all congratulations and welcome, don't worry about whether you are from Oct/ Nov boards. We are all here to share of feelings and exchange our experiences, so cool!
My EDD is oct 1st, since they say it can be 1 week here or there, my husband wants the baby to be born on 25th Sep since it my birthday!!
I am basically from Hyd, India. Have been in New jersey, USA for the past 5 years.
Coming to your query, ligaments that support uterus are pulled and stretched to accomodate the growing baby, so it pretty common to have these growing pains. These pain are common between 18-24 weeks, avoid quick changes in position, especially when turning at the waist.Good that you are planning for physical therapy, hope it brings in relief.
I am planning to take lamaze class closer to my due date as I can remember the techniques more clearly. So keep cool and stay in touch!

I delivered a beautiful baby girl on 23rd November
at around 2 a.m. She weighed at 8lb 13oz & is 21\"; tall. It was a normal delivery, the mom & the baby are doing fine. We named her \";Shreya\";.
