Hi Jichi,

this is a common problem for all of us Jichi. I remember even last time, i just culdn' t get to sleep once i get up in the middle of the nite. I am just twisting and turning and dreaming with my eyes wide open. And sorry to say this but it just gets worse once our tummies start blowing out. I think we can try to either read a book, or listen to music, watever our personal choice is. Probably that' ll help.
