Name: Nidhi Joshi Panjwani

Hi,

I hv been posting mesgs/queries in this group off & on since May 2004. I hv an 18 month old boy. I hv very recently moved for the 1st time to the US- in New Jersey.
I am looking for an opportunity to meet up with other Indian mums in the area (Newport) who hv kids this age. My son gets very bored staying in the appartment whole day long, tho we have a play area below the building but since its so cold no one is outside.
I was hoping to get to meet other mums & kids occassionally so he gets some company & so do i :-)

If there's anyone who resides in this area & wld like to make a new friend .. pls respond via this forum & then we can take it on from there ...

Hoping to hear frm lots of people :)

Love

Nidhi

Are you Nikki who used to be in Army Public School New Delhi, undergrad in JMC and passed out from IMDR? My son is 18 months too. Please respond and let me know. If you are indeed Nikki, it will be just great renewing our friendship

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
