I think Every married woman had gone through the same situation as mine in their lives.My husband loves me dearly ,sometimes he' s a passionate lover,but sometimes I' m just nothing to him.when it comes to his family I stand last in everything.I don' t blame him for my situation,but it' s the demanding attitude his family shows,worries me a lot.They want anything and everything in his life be discussed with them first.Whatever step he takes ,whatever decision he makes should be known to them first.I only know about husbands who like discussing their pains and joys with their wives,but my husband never thinks I' m somebody who is a part of his life.And not just this,he never thinks of trying to be happy and smiling-the reason,his family again-his sis is going through a troubled marriage,in such situation he feel staying cheerful and happy is a sin.My MIL goes on and on about her daughter' s woes every single time she gets to talk to him.I really sympathize with the situation they are in but how long should I stay with a sad face looking at nothing but sad faces.This is really making me completely gloomy and depressed.Moreover my SIL keeps saying \" what problems do you have to worry about? You are a lucky one to get my bro as a partner.\" and things like that.Being on the suffering side,her wishes are our commands at home.Infact she' s very bossy-likes to intrude trying to be tha saviour of the day.
There' s really nothing that we as a couple shared or enjoyed in all our married years.We never go to any kinda trips or tours or even sightseeing though we' ve ample oppurtunities to go.The only way we go out is to get groceries(I feel like crying writing this)My hus never takes the initiative to make any day a pleasurable one for me.He goes to office on our marriage day and birthdays too.If he does anything nice and good to me ,he would be like committing the greatest sin of his life.He cannot and do not think beyond his family members-excluding me.How do I help him out of this situation and give myself a healthy and not a depressed life?
st replied. Hi, ur story and mine r same. Mine is a lov mrg...but still the same. Before mrg, I never got a chance to interect much with his family....so couldnt realized that blood relations are everything for him....i exist only when they are in the picture. from the day of my mrg they behaved very badly with me. but my husband said anything. I thought after having a child...migh be things would get changed....but i was wrong. Even with my .baby also they mostly my MIL behave in the same way but my husband says nothing....as i have baby now,,,i cant do anything...but i have become too much tired living this life....as i am working..this reflect my work also...pls suggest what to do??
