I am in my 25th week and I am concerned about my size of belly, It's not as big as others in the same phase ( noticed at my prenatal classes). what could be the reason? I had my last checkup on 5th aug and my gynae said things were ok. but then why am i not showing. pls anwer as i am very anxious about this aspect. I am normal built with 5'3'' ht and 66 pre preganancy weight and have gained about 6 kgs more till now. witing for ur reply,p

I am in my 25th week as well and I am facing an identical situation. You and I share the same height and I weighed 59 kgs before my pregnancy. I have gained only 9 pounds so far and my stomach barely shows. I worry about it every now and then as well.
My doc says it's nothing to worry about and everything is alright.

It's different for every woman. As long as you can feel your baby moving and you keep checking with your doc every month, relax and don't worry too much.

On the flip side, you probably don't have to worry about stretch marks or losing weight too much once your baby comes ! :)Good luck & God Bless.

there are few things
your weight is little high for the height. so it may be that you won't gain lot of weight or not show so much.
I don't see concern, especially when you gained about 13 pounds so far.

I think you are doing just fine. abt 1 kg a month in the first 4 months is ok and maybe a kg and half to two in the rest. I am in my 22nd wk and have gained as much as u. I am 5'7\"; and my weight now is abt 62-62.5kgs.( used to be abt 56-57kgs)

It just depends from person to person I suppose.
