Hi,

i' ve a baby whos now 22months me and my hubby r now thinking of having another, ive always had long iregular periods and conceived my daughter naturally. however my last period was very delayed more than 70 days so i went to see a specialist who says i have pcos via an ultrasound. which ive obviously developed after having my baby. my doc has given me 3 options 2 diff drugs or just lose weight. the thing is that im still having periods i' ve had 6 periods this yr. im not sure wot i shud do, is there any alternative therapy to help pcos? im obviously going to lose weight which will also help my high bp. does anyone have any experience in this? im a lil depressed abt it all as i didnt think u usually have pcos after having a child.

thank you

See you lose your weight as weight is a leading cause for a lot of problems and it causes irregular cycles too. Lose your weight and see if it helps you and if your problems are under control. Medicines cause weight gain too.

If you too have PCOS then Dr. Shagufta is the best in Bangalore. Treatment is done through cupping therapy.

I am very happy and satisfied.

Hi, I myself too had PCOS and my periods got regular by taking ayurvedic tonics..I donno where you live, but there is one doctor in Bangalore on Kanakpura road. Her name is Dr.Rajeshwari. She has done her MD and also prescribes ayurvedic medicine in some cases like PCOS..She gave me two tonics and I did yoga and my periods were regular in 3 months...And I was able to conceive my first one naturally without any intrusive fertility treatment..Do try to contact this doctor..she is too good..I can' t remember het phone number..If I do, I will pass it on..
