I am in similar condition as u. i am married since 10 yrs & without a child. my case is also unexplained fertility.
i came to know from your reply to adoption board that u r thinking about it. To help u decide, I recommend u to read articles written by Purnima Mirchandani on this site. if u search with her name, u will find it. its series of 5 articles, very well written & very inspiring.
I am in the proces of iui. i had my 3rd iui on 15th october. see if it doesn´ t work by my next aniversary in feb when i will finish 10 yrs of marriage, I will go for adoption process. Even if i succedd in i will still go for aoption for my second baby. I have also heard about some case where after bringing the adopted child home, women get pregnanat naturally without medicle help. the main reason could be bcs this process is so stessful & when u get child u become happy so that helps in cases where stress being main case of infertility.
I feel instead of spennding so much money on ivf or such expansive procedure, whynot help some needy child.

I am in same boat from last 13 yr. We were also diagnosted with \" unexplained infertiliy\" from last 13 yr. I had gone through series of IUI´ s and IVF with partial sucess and endless imotional and physical pain.. Not sure why god put someone through this endless pain..
