Hi Everybody

I am new member & got this site at very right time .
I am 26 yrs old & i have a of kid 3 months .
At this time everybody watns to plan( no child) for next 2/3 yrs .

I got different solutions on that like using condom , copper T , intercourse with perticular days , tablets etc but i want to get easiest method for planning .

Will any one suggest best method for this ( having gone with experiance ) ?

Lets tell you little more about options and their consequences/prospects to help make better decision for your case.

BCP:Birth Control Pill
This is a one control, mostly oral. The tablets are designed to alter your hormones and thus they may allow you to experience period normal on schedule, weak period or no period for a cycle or two. The effects vary from tablet to tablet. To know more about them and which is safe one for you, give a call to your Dr. We won't be in a position to answer on that as each pill work different in different person.
While on pill, if you miss one then there are chances to experience breakthrough bleeding and some get you in high chances to get pregant if you were somewhere close to ovulation. However, many girls like this, as you won't have to ask spouse to put on Condom. They will also help you keep your mood in good condition. But each pill will have it's hangover effect and will take a few cycles to get your periods normal when you decide to stop using pills. Some girls get pregnant in very same cycle where they stopped pills while some takes few cycles to a year.

Calender Method:
Choosing particular days. It seems easy. But to my knowledge, very expensive and faulty method. You will have to know exactly when you ovalate to avoid those fertile days. Given sometime stress will delay ovulation or physical acts advances ovulation will put you in trouble if you happen to be highly fertile and your spouse carry very best sperm.

Condoms:
This is relatively safe. There are a few cases where girl get pregnant with condom as well. This is mainly because of torning condoms or slipping. If you choose quality one you should be happy and successful.

CopperT:
The best one. However, you need to fix this with an experienced Dr. Not a new one as complications can arise later.
